Symptom

  • The ASE error log is filling up with messages:
    Invalid column length: %d. Value must be between 0 and %d at offset %d for '%s' row with minimum row length of %d." 
  • Example of messages:
    Invalid column length: 26. Value must be between 0 and 8 at offset -1 for 'all-pages' row with minimum row length of 6. 
    Invalid column length: 56. Value must be between 0 and 32 at offset -12 for 'data-only' row with minimum row length of 22.
