3293423 - Rule works in New Hire data review step but not in Personal data collection step or works to Admin user but not to external candidates

Rule with custom objects  works in New Hire data review step(NHDR) or when HR/manager/admin user process it.

But it does not work as expected in  Personal data collection step (PDC) or when candidate/onboardee process it.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

The External User Visibility of the custom object is no.

1. Go to Configure Object Defination and find the custom object
2. Check mdfSystemExternalUserVisibility. If it is Not Visible, change it to Read Only
3. Go to External User Visibility Tool, Select Custom Object
4. Enter the custom object code and click Run
5. Go to Manage Data >> custom object and check any data to verify if External User Visibility=Yes
6. Refresh odata metadata cache

Feel free to change the mdfSystemExternalUserVisibility back Not Visible if needed.
