3293441 - "Actual Dates" field is missing in Project.

Symptom

"Actual Dates" field & information are not present in Project ABC.

Environment

SAP Business ByDesign

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Work Center Project Management
  2. Select the Project view
  3. Open the project ABC
  4. Go to Project Plan > Gantt Chart > Scheduling sub-tab

From here we can see the field "Actual Dates" and related information are not displayed.

Cause

Time Recording is not scoped for Project in the Business Configuration.

Resolution

  1. Go to Work Center Business Configuration
  2. Select the Implementation Projects view
  3. Select your Implementation Project and click "Edit Project Scope"
  4. Go to the Scoping phase
  5. Select Project Management > Project Planning and Execution > and scope Time Recording Field & Save.
