For example, the BoE couldn't be found when doing the collection transaction.

A BoE can only be used for one transaction.

Please check whether the BoE is occupied by another transaction by clicking "View Transaction". 

If so, please delete the transaction directly or remove this BoE from this transaction according to the business requirements.
