For example, the BoE couldn't be found when doing the collection transaction.

S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition.

The BoE is already occupied by another transaction.

A BoE can only be used for one transaction.

Kindly check whether the BoE is occupied by another transaction by clicking View Transaction. 

If so, kindly delete the transaction directly or remove this BoE from this transaction according to the business requirements.
