Symptom
This article explains what information should be included and guidelines should be adhered to when creating customer cases/tickets for cancellation of Benefits Automatic Enrolment Job in Provisioning.
Once the new enrolment jobs (Create or Update Benefit Enrollments for Benefit Master Data Changes and Create or Update Benefit Enrollments for Employee Master Data Changes) are configured, customer ticket can be created to cancel the Benefits Automatic Enrolment Job if partners/consultants are not available to cancel the jobs.
Environment
- SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
- Global Benefits
Resolution
- The customer ticket must be with only the request for cancellation of the job. Any other query regarding the job, new jobs, or any other topic must be addressed via separate tickets.
- Please do not contact us via chat for cancellation of the job as multiple checks must be performed before cancelling the job in Provisioning.
- Please note that currently we are processing requests for cancellation of the job only in Production instances. Hence please do not send the requests for any non-Production instance (Test, Dev, Preview, Demo, etc.).
- Title/Subject of the related ticket must be as following: Benefits Auto Enrolment Job Cancellation Request
- Priority of the ticket should be Medium.
- Ticket should be created with the following component: LOD-SF-EC-GBF
- The ticket must contain the following details for seamless processing:
