3293850 - [Onboarding] How to integrate the values from New Hire Data Review/ Personal Data Collection to Custom Data Collection step?

We are trying to integrate fields from portlets such as job information, personal information, etc to Custom Data Collection Step. However, when the onboardee starts the additional data collection, the values are not getting populated here. 

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

• The Business Rules associated with the custom mdf objects cannot be derived from Personal Data Collection/New Hire Data Review step.
• There is no workaround to initialize a value from PDC/NHDR to Additional Data Collection Step. 
• We can only default a certain value within the same config UI which is associated with the custom mdf object.
