3293922 - Field not available to map on "Onboarding 1.0 Integration Setup"

Symptom

The field is not appearing on Onboarding 1.0 Integration Setup to configure/map with Onboarding field.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 1.0
SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

Cause

Different type of field.

Resolution

The field from Onboarding side is a picklist type so from Onboarding 1.0 Integration Setup the system is looping only the picklists configured on Recruiting Management side.

Please make sure to have the same field type on both sides.
