3293950 - Error While Uploading Attachments

You receive the following errors while uploading attachments in Manage Purchase Order, Manage supplier invoice, Manage Purchase Requisition, Create purchase order advanced APPs:

• Error while uploading the attachments
• An error occurred when uploading to SAP Knowledge Provider

SAP S/4HANA Cloud

Active content is not allowed in S/4HANA and an upload of files with active content is not possible. The external links in any file might cause the active content violation. (eg: file is pointing to other sheets or data sources)

The fix is expected to be released with the 2302 upgrade. Refer to the below workaround:

1. ZIP the pdf and attach; make use of URL attachments 
   OR
2. Do a Print to Pdf (Ctrl + P) and save a new pdf file and upload this new file.
