3293993 - Standard job last changed by XXX user recently.

Symptom

The user would like to know the reason behind standard job changes by XXX user. (DDIC in this case.)

Also, whenever the program BTCTRNS1 is executed it will change the 'Last Changed' field with the USERID of whom executed the program to suspend the background jobs.

Executed BTCTRNS1 with DDIC user:

Executing the BTCTRNS2 with a different user than the one who has executed the program BTCTRNS1, the field 'Last Changed' will be updated with the USERID of whom executed the program to release the background jobs again.
