3294022 - Custom card is not showing in Home Page

• Custom card is not showing on Latest Home Page even with the permission on Target Group
• I've added a group on Target Group and the user on this group is still not able to see the card
• I've added a role on Target Group and the user on this role is still not able to see the card
• The custom card added on a folder created on Manage Organizational Updates is not showing

• The group/role was added only in the card's target but not in the Folder in Manage Organizational Updates.
• There are more than 16 cards that should be visible for a specific user.

• Ensure that the relevant group or role is added to the custom folder to grant users visibility.

• Verify that users have permission to access the folder; if not, the card will not be displayed.

• You can add up to 100 custom cards; users will see up to 16 cards. They will see the top 16 active cards that are visible to them.

• To change the order of cards or folders:

  • Drag and drop using a mouse, or

  • Use the “More Actions” menu.
