3294041 - Attachments Not Added Automatically While Previewing/ Printing Production Order Form

You want to see attachments automatically while previewing/printing the production order form.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to Production Control work center.
2. Go to Production Orders view.
3. Select By Order Header and Choose required Production Order ID.
4. Here choose Preview and select Edit Output Settings.
5. Navigate to Attachments tab.
6. Attachments are not included automatically.
7. User has to mark checkbox to add attachments.

Since Business Configuration Activity: Print Production Order Form along with relevant attachments is not in scope.

1. Go to Business Configuration work center.
2. Go to Overview -> search for Activity:Print Production Order Form along with relevant attachments
3. Select it and add it to the Project scope.
4. Once it is done, system will add and print attachments automatically along with production order form.
