3294074 - ONB 1.0 to EC field mapping is missing

Mapping missing on the Field Mapping Tool for Onboarding/Offboarding 1.0 EC Integration

• SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 1.0
• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

1. Login to Biz Admin Center 
2. Search Field Mapping Tool for Onboarding/Offboarding 1.0 EC Integration
3. Map information > Click validate and Save
4. Later when you try to map and save other information notice that information previously mapped is wiped out.

Bug in the system.

1. We have a bug with the tool if you click save before all information is loaded it will wipe out the mapping on the fields that did not load.
2. It's important to let all fields load before you make any changes.
3. You can find backup files of mapping in
4. Onboarding 1.0 Mapped Data Review
5. Onboarding 1.0 to Employee Central Audit Log
6. Find the most recent file that has all the mapping
7. Export it > Navigate to Provisioning
8. Import Export for EC Integration Template
9. Select Import > Choose the file you downloaded
10. Click save
11. This will restore the mapping.
12. Note: Because we’re not talking any new enhancements for 1.0, we will not be fixing this bug
