3294101 - Mismatch in Job Requisition Template Names Between Manage Recruiting Team Settings and Manage Templates - Recruiting

In Manage Recruiting Team Settings, the list of Job Requisition template names displayed does not match the template names maintained in Manage Templates.

The templates appear with different or unexpected names in Manage Recruiting Team Settings, leading to inconsistencies when compared to how the templates are defined and labeled in Manage Templates

1. Admin Center > Manage Recruiting Team Settings
2. Select the dropdown for "Which requisition template do you want to change?"

The template name displayed in Manage Recruiting Team Settings is derived from the label associated with the user’s system language, rather than the template name defined in Manage Templates.

The system reads the label value from the template XML based on the user’s default language. If the label (e.g., en_US) differs from the template name, the label will be shown instead.

As a result, discrepancies occur when the label maintained in the XML does not match the template name, leading to inconsistencies in how templates are displayed.

To align the template name displayed in Manage Recruiting Team Settings with Manage Templates, the label in the template XML must be updated for the relevant language.

Since this requires access to Provisioning, please engage a certified Partner or Implementation Team.

In this example, the system is using en_US, therefore the en_US label should be updated accordingly.

Note: Don't change the Label inside Manage Templates or change the name directly in Template Name; it will duplicate the Template. 

Note: If necessary, change the name of the label to many Languages is required; in this example was only EN_US but it can be simply translated and adjusted for multiple locales.
