3294119 - Operators fields do not appear when creating a New Job Requisition from a Blank Template - Recruiting Management

After clicking on "Create New" and choosing "New Job Requisition from a Blank Template", system only shows the following fields:

"Image/data in this KBA is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems. Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental."

The Template selected has no Route Map selected when we check in Form Template Settings. If the Form has no Route Map, system won't pull the information about the Operators involved to proceed and initiate the Approval Process. 

In order to fix it, go to Form Template Settings and select a Route Map to be used, and later, Update the Form. The fields will come up accordingly to the Operator and Steps defined; in the example below, is used O (Originator) and G (Manager).

After saving:

*It's showing only Hiring Manager as follows the Route Map selected, whereas the steps are defined between O and G.
