3294123 - Document Signature task completion Email Template is not triggered - Onboarding

After completing the E-signature task and the Document Signature task, the corresponding email template fails to trigger. Additionally, when checking under Email Services > Email Template, it is confirmed that the email is not triggered.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Initiate the candidate from RCM.
2. Complete the NHDR , PDC
3. Complete the Complete the e-signature step.
4. Completion of the e-signature step email not triggered.

1. In correct configuration of recipient builder used in "to recipient builder" in email template.

The recipient builder in the "to recipient builder" should be Onboarding process Task Role-Based Recipient Builder.
