• Upon completion of the Complete E-signature there's no Document Signature task completion Template triggered.
• See in the Email Status in the Email Services, no Document Signature task completion Template is triggered.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

The recipient builder used in the "to recipient builder" while configuring the email is incorrect.

The recipient builder in the "to recipient builder" should be Onboarding process Task Role-Based Recipient Builder.
