3294132 - Intrastat Declaration not Created From Intrastat Runs

You have created Intrastat Declaration Run and system is not transferring any items to declaration due to below error.

Error: Transfer to declaration not possible for selected criteria: Diagnosis No documents found for Intrastat valuation for the selected criteria System Response Valuation not possible Procedure Change the selection criteria Procedure for System Administration

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to Intrastat work center
2. Go to Intrastat Declaration Runs view 
3. Select the relevant Intrastat Declaration
4. Status is Active but no Declarations created 
5. Under Execution Details, you can open the relevant Application Log details

In case of countries like Germany, France, and Austria, the lead document which is considered for declaration is Delivery. This means when the delivery is created, goods movement has happened, you can go ahead and create the declaration on the information from the delivery. In case of Italy we have Invoice as the lead document.

The valuating company is in United Kingdom (UK) and Valuating Country/Region is IT - Italy. Since the transactions are between UK and Italy, this is an expected behavior since Brexit changes are released. It ensures that the import and export involving UK doesn't go through Intrastat. The error is a standard one and a new functionality ("GB as a country is out of EU"). Note - Intrastat declarations for UK are only possible for the periods before the end of the transition period (e.g. 31.12.2020)

System is working as expected. Hence no items are transferred to from Intrastat item work list to Intrastat Declaration for UK.
