3294133 - SSN number is empty in the Puerto Rico Tax Form - Onboarding

• After a candidate from Puerto Rico completes his/her “Provide Personal Data” task, the SSN entered did not carry over to her Puerto Rico Tax Form
• SSN is empty in the Puerto Rico Tax Form

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

In Manage Business Configuration, the nationalIdCard_PRI is enabled.

• As per the Product Team, the onboarding was defined to have all Form filters and global filters for Puerto Rico as one of the State in US.
• Also, the EC US state picklist data got same information. 

• Disabling the nationalIdcard_PRI in BCUI would be immediate workaround.
• As per the Product Team, even if they address this by changing EC entity path in the system bundle, from the past years customers are using this form since the Onboarding 2.0 started, and didn’t have any issues reported from their side.
• Changing the EC Entity path suddenly will impact all customers.

Since the all the forms and global filters for puerto rico we defined as one of the state in the US, keeping the country-specific data model for Puerto Rico nationalIdCard as disabled is the best option.
