3294143 - Hire Date Correction Tool 'Save' action results in Error

When using the Hire Date Correction tool to adjust the Hire date for an employee, an error message occurs after selecting 'Save'. The actual error message will vary, however will typically end with "This record was not saved because there were errors in other records for <User ID>".

Example: "The Job Entry Date cannot be before the Hire Date. This record was not saved because there were errors in other records for SF123456"

1. Navigate to the Hire Date Correction Tool
2. Create a new Hire Date Correction for an employee and select a new hire date
3. Save and observe the error message returned

Currently there is no Rule Context to disable Business Rules within the Hire Date Correction tool, therefore any rule associated to a section (Job Information, Home Address, etc) that is being updated by the tool will always trigger and raise an error message if the conditions of the rule are met, which will prevent the Hire Date Correction from being saved.

There are a few options that can be made to allow the Hire Date Correction Tool to workaround this behavior:

1. Turn off the Business Rule causing the error, and re-enable the rule once the Hire Date Correction has been completed.
2. Relax the Business Rule by changing the message severity from 'Error' to 'Warning'
3. Modify the Business Rule conditions so the rule does not trigger under this specific type of scenario
