3294198 - Error "The combination of changes is not allowed in a change set." when using API_WORK_CENTERS

You want to use API_WORK_CENTERS to create work center interval along with its shifts within the same changeset. 
However, there is an error message "The combination of changes is not allowed in a change set.".
Or maybe some other similar errors saying the function is not supported.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud

An interval and its child shifts cannot be created in same changeset request via API_WORK_CENTERS. This is a known constraint of the service.
