Symptom

You are using app Migrate Your Data - Migration Cockpit to transfer production orders in to your system. The object you are using is Production Order (only open PO).

*Image/data in this KBA is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems. Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental.

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud

Cause

The error is due to the wrong configuration of scheduling parameters for the plant/order type combination.

Checking in SSCUI 102448 - Define Scheduling Parameters for Production Orders, we can find that the indicator "From production order dates" in section "Scheduling control for detailed scheduling" is set for the plant/order type combination. This means you must enter one or more production dates (scheduled dates).

However, the Migration Cockpit only supports the basic dates, not the production dates. As a result, the system finds no data and raises the error.

Resolution

Please make sure that the indicator is not set for the plant/order type combination to be used for newly created production orders by the migration cockpit.
