3294225 - Output Form when the Purchase Order is Created with workflow and without workflow

Purchase orders have been created with workflow and without workflow, and the behaviors of the output are different in both scenarios.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Scenario 1: When purchase order workflow is available and activated The purchase order output will be sent to the supplier and marked as Completed only when the purchase order is approved.

Scenario 2: When purchase order workflows are not configured The purchase order output will be sent to the supplier and marked as Completed when the purchase order is saved.
