3294276 - "491 - invalid EPM Model definition: Old model is not in consistent post-migration state" when you maintain a dimension in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)

The following error message occurs when modifying a dimension and saving it in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC):

• InternalError: dberror(PreparedStatement.executeUpdate): 491 - invalid EPM Model definition: Old model is not in consistent post-migration state

• SAP Analytics Cloud (Enterprise)

1. Open the modeler.
2. Change a dimension.
3. Save the change.

For unknown reasons, the private versions of this model are not migrated properly.

Please use the Delete private versions button to delete private versions belonging to this model and the issue should be fixed.

If deleting all the private versions is not possible, please create a case to the SAC support team for further investigation.
