3294293 - It is not possible to create a work schedule with a 24-hour working day

Symptom

When creating a 24-hour working day in a clock times work schedule, for example from 08:00AM to 08:00AM the next day, the following error message occurs: "End time on day 1 is the same as the start time. Please correct this. "
