3294490 - User Actions on My Teams card on the Home Page are Taking Long to Load - Web Experience

When attempting to perform any of the manager actions from the my team quick actions tile (one time bonus, terminate, change job and compensation info, etc), or the request time off quick action, the screen takes up to 1 minute to load on the 1st attempt.

After you wait out the 1st load, the screens shows up in the normal amount of time

Our internal ENG team was able to isolate and identify a defect that is causing this behavior.

The potential fix is now planned to be included with the b2305 release (Estimately PREV environment for 28th of April 2023 and PROD environment for 2nd of June 2023) .
