SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Go to New Hire Data Review
2. Click on the candidate
3. Complete the New Hire Data Review
4. Submit
5. Error: Setting the Assignment ID is not supported for this operation.

There is an existing HRIS Sync Mapping: Standard Field configured in Manage Business Configuration > personInfo

In this example, under the HRIS Sync Mapping: Standard Field, the Standard Field: userId (userId) is present. To resolve the issue, this field must be deleted.

Note: The personIdExternal is common for 2 users with Rehire on New Employment. But the userId will be different so syncing them again will cause this issue.
