Symptom

In SAP Invoice Management by Open Text, on the Indexing Screen, when you enter the Address and Bank Data for a One Time Vendor (OTV) by clicking on "Edit OTV", the values entered for Tax Number 2/3/4 get lost, and the event will not be posted.
