3294570 - SAP Invoice Management by Open Text - The log level configuration for Approval Portal is not working.

Symptom

In SAP Invoice Management by Open Text, when you attempt to set the Log Level for Approval Portal to Error level only, it reverts back to Info level, resulting in high write activity to default traces and log files of J2EE engine.

You are using OTEX VIM Approval Portal. In the SAP J2EE Log Configuration, you changed the logging level to "Error", but the logging level never changed. As the result of this, many log and trace files were generated and it also causing performance issue.
