File uploaded in FTP server do not reflect changes on CPQ.
Environment
SAP SALES CLOUD CPQ
Cause
File name or extension that is being uploaded in CPQ is not the same that is being looked by CPQ process that reads it.
Resolution
Customer should raise an incident to Support Team to confirm file name that CPQ is searching on the process.
Customer should verify the job that makes the upload of file in FTP server and validate the extension being used.
