3294620 - Metadata Nullable Attribute Incosistency - Recruiting Management

A Recruiting field property does not reflect the same value (TRUE or FALSE) from the Nullable attribute determined in the Metadata.

For example:

• The field property is defined as Nullable false in the Metadata but there are certain scenarios where the fields will be empty by default.
• The customer exports SuccessFactors metadata and imports into their third-party application. When pulling information from SuccessFactors into the third-party, an error will occur because the field in question is empty but due to the metadata import, the third-party application is not accepting null as value.
