3294661 - Dump OBJECTS_OBJREF_NOT_ASSIGNED when discovering Introscope Enterprise Manager 10.8 - SAP Solution Manager 7.2

After upgrading the Introscope EM to version 10.8 you are getting dumps when you try to discover the Introscope EM at step "Define CA Introscope" or when you try to access the "User Management" functions.

    Access using a 'ZERO' object reference is not possible.  
 
Error analysis

    exception, the current program was terminated.
