Symptom

The following error can be seen in the ICM trace file (dev_icm): 

      Proxy connection to https://site.example.com:XX via proxy-example:XX failed (proxy returned 4xx [error message])

      Please note that the above address is just an example, any similar addresses are purely coincidental.

Example of possible error codes are:

  • 400 Bad Request
  • 403 Forbidden
