3295048 - Some of the Event and Event Reasons do not appear on the filters for an ad hoc report - Employee Central

When creating an ad hoc report (e.g. Person and Employment Info (as of Date)), some events and event reasons does not appear on the filters.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

1. Go to Reporting
2. Select New > Table > Single Domain > Person and Employment Info (as of Date)
3. Fill up the necessary tabs (General Info, People, Columns, Configuration)
4. Click on filters > Refine Criteria
5. Select on the column > Job Information
6. Choose > Select By My Selection
7. Observe that not all Events are available as filters
   
   

This is an effective behavior because the report is Job Information-driven. Take note that Job Information and Compensation Information are both effective dated entities.

Meaning, the events and event reasons will only appear on the filters when there are changes that occurs from the current date within the default range limit (+1/-1 years from current date).

This also applies to other ad hoc reports like:

1. Job Information (Date Range)
2. Recurring Compensation Information (Date Range)
3. Non-Recurring Compensation (Date Range)
