3295075 - Comp rating displays unrated in executive review and forms

The Comp Rating displays unrated in both executive review and forms eventhough the report fetches the ratings.

When report is exported we get the data correctly:

The reason is missing rating scale in rating scale designer which was mapped to template XML

But when checked in rating scale designer:


The name either has been edited or the rating scale has been deleted.

Download the template XML and search for the <comp-rating-input, check if the rating scale matches with the scales available in rating scale designer.

You can create a copy/new rating scale with same name if not present or edit the existing one if it is not referenced by many templates(if you edit you would need to change the rating scales of all the templates which is referring this).

Once saved the ratings will appear in the review and forms which was initially given.
