3295077 - Start browser of SAML2 transaction changes from Edge browser to Edge webview2 after system upgrade

Symptom

Before system upgrade, calling SAML2 transaction, it opens Edge browser.

After system upgrade, calling SAML2 transaction, it open Edge webview2.
