Symptom

When trying to click on the configure button of SSCUI 101702 - "Define Document Number Ranges", there is an error raised:

"No authorization to start the UI"

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Central Business Configuration

Reproducing the Issue

When using the application "Manage Your solution":
Manage Your Solution -> Configure Your Solution -> search for Define Document Number Ranges or SSCUI ID 101702.

When using Central Business Configuration (CBC):
In Project Experience click tab Configuration Activities -> search for Define Document Number Ranges -> Click on button "Go to Activity"

Cause

Missing Business Catalog to configure the SSCUI 101702. 

Resolution

To configure the SSCUI 101702 - "Define Document Number Ranges", the business catalog SAP_CA_BC_IC_LND_FIN_GL0_PC is needed.

The information on the linkage between business catalog and each configuration activities can be found in the Excel file Configuration Activity.xlsm (SAP Customer) in the Roadmap Viewer accelerators.
