3295248 - Off-Cycle Workbench enhancements in 2022

Symptom

After applying SAP Note 3095454 - Off-Cycle Workbench: ability to replace an unsuccessful payment with a transfer or the respective Support Package, you noted that some additional changes were introduce into Off-cycle Workbench. For instance:

  • "Payment number" column in "History" tab changed the data format.
  • "AT" column was introduced in "History" tab.
  • You see some asterisks ("*") in "History" tab.
  • In "Replace payment" tab, you noted that "Replacement Reason" field is sometimes removed from the screen.
  • "Payment date" is not matching the RGDIR payment date (the one you find in PC_PAYRESULT).
