3295271 - No Time Account Appears to the Employee When Trying to Assign a Time Account Rules

You are trying to assign the Time Account XYZ in the Time Account Rules for an Employee, however it does appear under the Time Account field.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to the Time Administration > Employees view.
2. Search for the affected Employee and Edit it.
3. Go to the Time Profile tab.
4. Go to the Time Account Rules subtab.
5. Click Add Row for the Assign Time Accounts section.
6. Time Account XYZ is not available. 

This scenario is occurring due to the Validity of the Time Account and the Start Date of the Employee's Time Profile. The date between Time Account and Start Data must overlaps.

In order to correct this scenario, you can either change the Start Date of the Time Profile, or adjust the Validity of the Time Account.
