3295398 - System Crashes While Simulating Expense Report

System crashes while clicking Simulate button for an expense report.

1. Go to the Travel and Expenses work center.
2. Go to the Expense Reports view.
3. Find Expense Report ID AAA (AAA means the Expense Report ID) and click Edit.
4. Click Simulate.
5. Here you expect the system to simulate the journal entry for expense report AAA, however, system crashes instead.

The expense report AAA has been released for payment (status changed to 4-Released for Reimbursement) before, and then edited again.

In such case the expense report should not be simulated, it should be posted directly.

The solution here is to post the expense report directly. Simulation works only when the expense report is not posted (payout is not completed).
