3295478 - User cannot see "Candidate Talent Pools" under Quick Actions in Home Page - RCM/HXM Suite

Symptom

I set up to display Candidate Talent Pools from Manage Home Page. However, Candidate Talent Pools is not displayed in the quick action.

 

 

Environment

  • SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite
  • SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Log in to the instance
  2. On the latest home page, there is no Candidate Talent Pools card under Quick Actions
  3. Go to Manage Home page > Quick Actions > Click Edit
  4. Candidate Talent Pools is enabled

Cause

The user doesn't have access to the Candidates tab.

Resolution

As explained on this KBA, 2771857 - Is it possible give people access to Talent Pools without giving access to Candidate search? - Recruiting Management, the users must have candidates tab's permission to access Talent Pools since the tool is located inside the Candidates tab.

After the Candidates tab is granted permission appropriately, then the icon will be displayed in Quick Actions menu.
