3295484 - New hires are unable to reset password by Welcome mail to External Candidate (IAS) - Onboarding

New hires are unable to reset their password using URL provided in Welcome mail to External Candidate.

It was working before IAS was enabled.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. New hires receive "Welcome mail to External Candidate" to reset their password
2. Once clicking in the provided URL, they are redirected to another page (Login to instance view). 

"Onboardee Identity Authentication" option is enabled in Provisioning.

If using SCIM switched onboardee identity should be enabled
If using odata v2 or odata v1 then should not be enabled

1. Go to Company Settings in Provisioning
2. Uncheck the "Onboardee Identity Authentication"
3. Ensure to check if using odata v2 or odata v1
4. If using SCIM then it should not be disabled
5. Test it again
6. New hires are now able to access the correct URL and reset their password.
