3295539 - How to avoid "Employee *: Manager * not yet replicated from EC" (SFIOM_PROCESSING 013) if the assigned managers is truly not expected to be integrated

Symptom

There is error message "Employee *: Manager * not yet replicated from EC" (SFIOM_PROCESSING 013) in SLG1 for an employee whose manager is not expected to be integrated.

For example, the employee belongs to a country/region included in the SF EC - HCM integration scenario, while his/her manager belongs to another country/region that is not supposed to be integrated.
