3295566 - When using duplicate Email the Notes Not Saved

Symptom

We have customized MDG with a new custom field to add the ability to add email notes which should write to the ADRT table. 
This functionality works when maintaining notes on one or multiple emails they the email address is different. We have the need to maintain the same email address twice with different notes. Further, if a BP is maintained this way in the BP t-code, running a CR against the BP will delete the second email as well.
