You want to know the possibilities of codes that can be given to additional distribution channels.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to Business Configuration Work Centre
2. Go to Overview View
3. Search for activity distribution channel
4. Go to Change immediately 

The Distribution Channel code is a 2-digit value, the namespace for customer-specific entities is starting with Z. Currently, there are no plans to enhance the length of the code value for the distribution channel code or enhance the customer-reserved namespace.

You can use many combinations for example:

1. ZA to ZZ (combinations with alphabets)
2. Z1 to Z0(combinations with digits)
3. Z! , Z( , Z@ ,Z* , Z& , Z# , Z% , Z^ , Z$ , Z§, Z", Z°, Z+, Z<, Z|, ZÄ (unicode characters) (i.e. here all are starting with Z are the examples with combinations only)

NOTE: Distribution channel is defined as the channel through which your products or services reach your customers. Typical examples are Direct sales, Partner, Internet trade,make sure to use the code value as intended to avoid problems.
