3295751 - Group Reporting: Runtime error ASSERTION_FAILED when posting data

Symptom

Runtime error ASSERTION_FAILED occurs in method MAINTAIN_VERSION of class CL_FINCS_REF_VERS_RELATION when trying to post data in Group Reporting, e.g. by
- running a task in Data / Consolidation Monitor app in update run, which is expected to post data, or
- posting a manual group journal entry in Post Group Journal Entries app, or
- running Flexible Upload of Reported Financial Data.
