3295823 - Payroll Unified Configuration remains loading

When opening "Payroll Unified Configuration", page remains loading with 3 dots or a blank page appears:

SAP Employee Central Payroll

1. Logon to EC instance
2. Open Payroll Unified Configuration
3. Page remains loading

This issue could be related to the missing configuration of the event reason, which doesn´t have an event assigned.

1. Open Payroll Unified Configuration and take an F12 trace. Click on FOEventReason query and search events with "eventNav" : null:
   
2. Open "Manage Organization, Pay and Job Structures" and select "Event Reason" from first drop-down.
3. Search one of the affected event reasons
4. Assign an event to the event reason:
    
5. Navigate to Picklist Center -> search for "event" picklist ->maintain translation labels for the above externalCode, as per KBA 3150634.
6. Repeat these steps for all event reasons without an event assigned.
