Symptom

Unable to perform KB manual sync.

Also, not getting any error, and nothing seems to happen.

SAP SALES CLOUD CPQ

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Setup
  2. Developer tools
  3. Knowledge Base Diagnostics
  4. Manual Synchronization does not work by date or by id.
