• When adding an application in Manage KPIs and Reports, the system gives an error "Saving the application failed"
  
• Clicking view details provides "No customizing request maintained in the Fiori Launchpad Designer settings"

or

• Deleting reports a 500 Internal Server Error with an underlying "Change has to be recorded into a transport request"
