3295963 - PY-GB: Changes to Pre-DME Selection Screen

Symptom

The international component PY-XX-DME released note 3257393 - Pre-DME: set flag for transfers: set mandatory and hide parameter on selection screen  in October 2022 which changes the ‘Set Flags for Transfer’ to be mandatory by automatically setting the flag and hiding the field from the selection screen of the report.
