3296009 - Unable to connect on-premise DP Agent to HANA Cloud, while attempting to register HanaAdapter - SAP SDI

Through the agentcli tool, it is possible to register the DP Agent but not possible to register HanaAdapter to it:
- SAP DBTech JDBC: [403]: internal error: Cannot get adapter capabilities: exception 151044: Agent "<DP Agent Name>" is not available.
framework.trc shows:
