SAP Knowledge Base Article - Preview

3296058 - The attachment is not visible in 'Verify General Journal Entry' app after approval by processor.

Symptom

  • The approver attachment is visible in the ‘History’ section of verify journal entry app but when navigating to display the journal entry using Manage Journal entry link, the attachment is not visible that approver did.
  • When approver access the manage journal entry to view the journal entry after posting, they are still able to edit the document and able to delete the original attachment that requestor attached.
